Facilities

The Parlor is the smaller side of the upper level of the Community Building. It is available for rentals, but is not open to the public. Rentals of the Parlor include the use of the kitchen, which contains a microwave, stove/oven, and refrigerator.

**Because they share the kitchen and other facilities, the Parlor cannot be rented out at the same time.**

Parlor (Community Building) fees:
Half-day (4 hours) Nonresident - $125
Half-day (4 hours) Resident - $100
Whole day Nonresident - $200
Whole day Resident - $175
*$100 refundable security deposit will be added to all reservations. Both the deposit and the rental fee are due at the time of making the reservation.*
